When spring arrives, animals get busy. Spend half an hour watching the animals
in your yard or in another natural area. Then see if your kids can
imitate the activities they see! Can they preen like a bird? Scamper like a
squirrel? Ooze along like an earthworm?
Tips
1. Bring along binoculars to watch the animals up close.
2. If they can hear the animals, have them make animal sounds too!
